STEPHEN P. COLELLA is an undergraduate of Colby College and received his JD from New England School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1977 and to the Massachusetts Federal District Court in 1978.
He has practiced law for more than forty years in the Federal District Court for Massachusetts, Massachusetts Supreme Court, Massachusetts Superior Court, Massachusetts Land Court, Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, Massachusetts District Court, Massachusetts Appellate Division of the District Court, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has years of experience in Criminal and Civil Litigation and has tried cases in both the District and Superior Courts and argued appeals before the Appeals Court, Supreme Judicial Court and Appellate Division of the District Court.
His practice involves extensive case work on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Cases, along with Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. He has closed loan packages for residential and commercial real estate for lending institutions through Merrimack Valley and Essex and Middlesex County.

KAREN RINEHIMER has been Steve's paralegal for 30+ years, both in his Massachusetts location and then as a virtual assistant for many years from Florida, Karen is back in New England and continues to work as Steve's assistant where her responsibilities include in-take interviews, drafting correspondence and court pleadings, legal research, case management and court calendaring, along with overall office management.
